“Ashlin (15) & Ariel (16) survived a tragic accident June 16th that resulted in medevac rushing them to CMC Main. Ashlin was intubated for 4 days. She remains in CMC currently with intense occupational therapy, speech therapy, and physical therapy. Ariel is now home with ongoing medical appointments, plastic surgeon appointments, oral surgeon and pain control. Ashlin & Ariel Horne are both West Stanly High School students and sisters. It’s hard to see one of your children hurt, but being a mother & parent of 2 hurt children is double the pain on this momma’s heart.”
